Dutch · Pronunciation Guide
vahrm — soft lip-teeth w, an open back "ah," and a light r before the m.
One beat, ending on a nasal so the word closes softly rather than with a stop. The comparative "warmer" adds a weak syllable and finally lets the r sit between two vowels, which is where a Dutch r is easiest to produce cleanly.

"Het is vandaag heel warm" is another impersonal weather construction, with "het is" carrying no real subject. Notice that Dutch uses one word where English splits warm and hot — "warm" covers both, and "heet" is reserved for genuinely burning.
The English "warm" is spelled identically and pronounced quite differently: it has a rounded "or" vowel and a heavy r that dominates the word. Dutch has an unrounded open "ah" and a light r. Fix the w first — the labiodental start immediately signals that this is not the English word.
