beon. One syllable: a plain ㅂ with almost no voicing, the unrounded ㅓ, and a tongue-tip n.
beon
One beat, unstressed, since this is a counter and always follows a number. The practical unit is 한 번 or 세 번, and the counter never carries prominence of its own.

저는 그것을 한 번 봤어요 puts 번 after 한, and 그것을 in front unlocks its hidden ㅅ, which resyllabifies forward and comes back as a real s: geu-geo-seul.
A rounded vowel gives 'bon', the standard ㅓ error, and here it collides with other counters and syllables, so keep the lips flat. Over-voicing the initial ㅂ is the second habit, when word-initially it should be quiet enough to pass for a soft p.
