da-reun. A plain ㄷ, a tap, and the lip-flat ㅡ closed by a forward n.
dareun
Two blocks, unstressed, because this is a modifier and leans forward onto the noun after it. 다른 것 is spoken as one rhythmic unit, and a pause after 다른 reads as hesitation rather than as grammar.

다른 것도 보여 주세요 attaches 도 to 것, and the unreleased t of 것 tenses that ㄷ into ㄸ, giving geot-tto. So the modifier flows smoothly into a noun that immediately produces a hard tensed consonant.
Rounding the ㅡ gives 'da-roon', the perennial problem with this vowel, so keep the lips flat. The other issue is the tap: an English r makes the word half a beat longer and marks the accent immediately, since Korean's intervocalic ㄹ is over almost before it begins.
