gong-chaek. A held nasal in the middle, then an aspirated ㅊ that keeps its breath, and a final ㄱ that closes in silence.
gongchaek
Two beats. A nasal does not tense a following consonant and this one is aspirated anyway, so nothing changes at the seam and the word is pronounced exactly as its parts suggest -- unusual enough to be worth noting.

공책에 이름을 쓰세요 attaches 에, so the trapped ㄱ moves forward and voices, giving gong-chae-ge. Then 이름을 taps its ㄹ and 쓰세요 opens on a tensed ㅆ over the lip-flat ㅡ.
Letting a small g out after 공 is the recurring nasal error. The other is under-aspirating the ㅊ, which turns 책 into 잭 and takes away the word's strongest sound. And the final ㄱ should be a silent closure rather than a released English k.
