Korean · Pronunciation Guide
jeo-nyeok. Both vowels are the unrounded ㅓ, the middle block is one beat with a y-glide, and the final ㄱ closes without releasing.
jeonyeok
Two blocks with matching vowels, so if they do not rhyme, one of them has drifted. The second is clipped by its stop closure, which makes the word feel slightly front-heavy without any actual accent.

저녁에 만나요 attaches 에, and the trapped ㄱ resyllabifies forward and voices into a real g: jeo-nyeo-ge. The consonant that was silence in the bare noun becomes fully audible with a particle behind it.
Splitting 녁 into 'nee-eok' is the first error and it adds a syllable, so keep the glide and vowel together. Then there is the usual pair: rounding either ㅓ, and releasing the final k with an English burst instead of stopping the tongue and leaving it there.
