jo-geum. A rounded first vowel and a lip-flat second one, with a ㄱ voicing between them.
jogeum
Two blocks of the same length. The interesting demand is the lip choreography: rounded for the first vowel, spread for the second, closed for the final ㅁ -- three distinct lip positions inside two syllables.

물을 조금만 주세요 attaches 만 directly to 조금, so the ㅁ of 금 runs straight into the ㅁ of 만 as one long nasal. And 물을 in front taps its ㄹ into the particle, giving mu-reul.
Matching the two vowels is the standard error, usually by rounding the second into 'joh-goom', when they are opposites: lips out, then lips flat. Learners also aspirate the initial ㅈ, which gives 초금 and loses the word, since plain ㅈ carries no breath at all.
