ju. A single syllable: a plain ㅈ with no puff and a high rounded ㅜ.
ju
One beat, and a short one. Because this is a Sino-Korean counter it never really stands alone: it attaches to a number or a modifier, so the practical unit is 다음 주 or 이번 주 rather than the syllable by itself.

다음 주에 만나요 shows it in context, and 다음 주 repays a listen: the ㅁ of 다음 runs straight into the ㅈ with no break, and the particle 에 then attaches to the vowel-final 주 without changing anything.
Aspirating the ㅈ gives 추, a different syllable and a different word, so hold a hand in front of your mouth and check that nothing comes out. The vowel then needs full rounding, since letting it slacken toward the vowel of 'put' makes an already tiny word harder to catch.
