Korean · Pronunciation Guide
pul. One syllable: an aspirated ㅍ with a real burst of air, a rounded ㅜ, and a bright forward l.
pul
One beat. The aspiration is the whole identity of the word, since 불, 뿔 and 풀 differ only in what the larynx does at the start -- plain, tensed and aspirated respectively.

공원에 풀이 많아요 attaches the subject particle, so the ㄹ taps forward and the noun becomes pu-ri. The 공원에 in front carries its nasal into the particle, and 많아요 deletes its ㅎ.
Under-aspirating gives 불, which means fire, and over-tensing gives 뿔, which means horn, so this is another one-syllable word sitting inside a genuine three-way set -- push real air. The dark l is the secondary error, since it drags the rounded vowel backward.
