su-geon. A light ㅅ over a rounded vowel, then a ㄱ that voices between vowels and the unrounded ㅓ.
sugeon
Both halves the same length. The vowels are opposites in lip shape -- rounded, then flat -- which is the standing challenge in Korean two-syllable nouns, and both consonants are soft.

수건 좀 주세요 puts 좀 between the noun and the verb, and it keeps a plain ㅈ because the ㄴ in front is a nasal rather than a stop. The whole request has no tensed consonants in it at all.
Rounding the second vowel gives 'su-gon' and makes both syllables match when they should not, so keep the lips flat for ㅓ. Hardening the middle ㄱ is the other error, since between vowels the plain series voices and the consonant should be soft.
