ttal. One syllable, and the whole word rests on that tensed ㄸ: locked throat, no breath, a sharp release.
ttal
A single beat, though not a quick one, because the tensed onset takes a moment to set up before the vowel can start. That build-up belongs to the consonant rather than being an accent.

제 딸은 대학생이에요 attaches 은, so the ㄹ moves forward and the noun becomes tta-reun. Then 대학생이에요 tenses its ㅅ after the unreleased k of 학, giving dae-hak-ssaeng.
Softening the consonant gives 달, which means moon, and aspirating it gives 탈, which means mask -- so this single syllable sits inside a genuine three-way minimal set, and throat tension is the only thing keeping the meanings apart. Press hard and release with no breath at all.
