yeok. One syllable: a y-glide onto the unrounded ㅓ, closed by a ㄱ that stops without releasing.
yeok
A brief, stopped beat. The stop at the end shortens the syllable, and because there is no consonant at the front either, the word is essentially a vowel bracketed by a glide and a silence.

역에서 만나요 attaches 에서, so the trapped ㄱ moves forward and voices, giving yeo-ge-seo. Then 만나요 supplies the geminate n across its 만+나 seam.
A rounded vowel produces 'yok', the standing ㅓ error, and splitting the glide off gives 'ee-yeok', which doubles the length. Releasing the final k is the third habit, and in a one-syllable word it is the most audible of the three.
