Say "goosht" — like the English word "gush" plus a "t," with the "oo" as in "boot."
gusht
One syllable, so there's no stress contrast to worry about; just keep all four sounds crisp and connected.

"گوشت نمیخورم" (Gusht nemikhoram) is a compact negative sentence: نمیخورم is "I don't eat," with نمی- as the negative prefix on میخورم ("I eat"), and the object گوشت simply placed before the verb — Persian sentences end with the verb, so "meat" comes first even though there's no "I" spoken separately.
English speakers often round the گ toward a "k" sound or soften it, and can under-round the و vowel so it sounds like "gusht" with a short English "u" (as in "gush") rather than the fuller "oo" of "boot." Keep the vowel rounded and long-ish, and the g fully voiced.
