Say "in-JAH," with stress on the second syllable, which rhymes with "father."
injā
Stress falls on the final syllable, -jā, following the regular Persian pattern; جا literally means "place," so این + جا is "this place."

"بیایید اینجا" (Biāyid injā) means "Come here." بیایید is the polite/plural imperative of آمدن ("to come"), formed with the be- prefix; اینجا simply follows the verb to specify the destination.
Keep این ("this") and اینجا ("here") distinct in your mind even though اینجا is literally built from این + جا — don't drop the جا and expect اینجا's meaning from این alone. Also make sure the ā in -jā stays long and open, not a short English "uh."
