uh-BHEE tuck — breathy bh in the first word, and a dental t in the second.
abhee tak
The phrase peaks on -bhee, which is the only long vowel in it; tak is entirely light and functions as a tag on the end. English speakers tend to stress tak because it comes last, which reverses the natural shape.

"Maiṁne abhee tak khaanaa khatm naheeṁ kiyaa" combines the phrase with a negated perfective, so it means "not yet." The ergative maiṁne is required because kiyaa is a perfective transitive, and khatm's -tm cluster compresses in the middle of the sentence.
Two familiar failures: a plain b instead of the breathy भ, and an aspirated alveolar t in tak. English gives you exactly the wrong distribution of breath — none where Hindi wants it, plenty where Hindi wants none. Swap them consciously.
