CHAA-bee — an unaspirated ch released dry, a long open aa, a plain b, and a long ee.
chaabee
One of the easier words rhythmically: no clusters, no aspiration, no retroflexion. All that matters is keeping both vowels at full length and neither consonant breathy.

"Mujhe ghar kee chaabee naheeṁ mil rahee" uses kee because chaabee is feminine, and rahee agrees with it too. Ghar's breathy घ and mujhe's breathy झ mean the sentence has two aspirated voiced consonants before you reach the plain ones in chaabee.
A small puff on the affricate nudges च toward छ, and the final vowel gets reduced under English rhythm. Release the ch dry and hold the ee as long as the aa. Adding breath to the b by over-correction is the third risk.
