GOOS-saa — hold the s for an extra beat, then release into the long aa.
gussaa
Consonant length rather than vowel length gives the first syllable its weight, and the long aa gives the second its own. The extended s stretches the word without adding a beat, which learners often hear as an extra syllable.

"Mujh par gussaa mat keejiye" uses mujh par rather than mujhe, because gussaa karnaa takes par for the person you are angry with. Mat marks the prohibition, and keejiye supplies the politeness.
English does not use consonant length contrastively inside a word, so the double s collapses into a single one and the word loses its shape. Deliberately extend it — think of "less sauce" said as one word — and keep the g free of breathiness.
