Hindi · Pronunciation Guide
A long nasalized aa after a voiced h — like saying "ah" through your nose with the voice on from the start.
haaṁ
One superheavy syllable resting on a long nasal vowel; because it is often a standalone utterance, its length and pitch also carry attitude, and a clipped haaṁ sounds curt in a way the full-length version does not.

"Haaṁ, yeh sahee hai" follows the affirmation with sahee, a word whose two vowels are both long and whose h sits between them — so the sentence gives you a voiced h in initial position and again intervocalically, which are audibly different in weight.
Learners tend to say a plain oral "haa" and drop the nasality altogether, or else finish with an English -ng. Neither is the target: lower the soft palate as the vowel begins and hold it there, with no contact anywhere in the mouth.
