LUR-kee — the ड़ in the middle is one quick backward flick of the tongue, and the final vowel is long.
laṛkee
Only the final vowel separates this from laṛkaa, so its length and front quality carry the entire gender distinction. The flap before it closes the first syllable sharply without lengthening it.

"Laṛkee bahut achchhaa gaatee hai" keeps achchhaa in the adverbial masculine form even though the subject is feminine — that is standard for adverbs — while gaatee agrees feminine. So one sentence shows the adjective frozen and the verb inflecting.
The flap is what learners lose, substituting a plain d or an English r and producing "ladkee" or something with a sustained rhotic. Curl the tongue back until the position feels exaggerated, then flick forward once. Shortening the final ee is the second error, and it costs you the feminine marking.
