SHAA-dee — a long aa, a dental d on the teeth, and a long ee at the end.
shaadee
Nothing needs emphasis here; the risk is the English habit of reducing a final unstressed vowel, which would erase the noun's characteristic shape. Both long vowels should sound equally full.

"Meree behen kee shaadee hai" uses kee because shaadee is feminine, and behen takes the oblique-free form since kee follows directly. Behen's ह-coloured vowels contrast with shaadee's two clean long ones.
The d lands on the alveolar ridge for English speakers, and in American English an intervocalic d becomes a flap — which in Hindi collides with ड़. Keep it a full dental stop. The final vowel also needs to stay long rather than tapering off.
